Pirates on Pine…

Today’s bench work was not dial work.

I ordered a batch of steel plates for cliché development — part of the next step toward pad printing dial graphics — and they were promptly porch pirated.

So instead of testing plates, etching depths, or wrestling with Lightburn settings, today’s distraction was assembling a package drop box and accepting that workshop infrastructure sometimes includes very unromantic things like theft prevention.

Not the progress I had planned, but probably a necessary upgrade. Back to the actual bench soon.

My new package drop box.

Ordered from Vevor and had it within a day - pretty impressive.
